![]() Has anyone messed around with the Club Car Cru yet? I had a tech at the house today and he said the Cru and lithium models use a tablet with a Club Car app (Club Car Diagnostics Tool) to adjust settings. Under "write" he saw a setting for top speed. He needed to update the app to fix my power steering setting and then lost the ability to change the top speed. I am not sure if it would have even allowed him to save the changes if he modified the top speed. But it was interesting that the option isn't even there now. Has anyone been able to modify the top speed of their Club Car Lithium carts?

![]() You can change speeds with the tool.
This manual is for a tempo golf cart, the CRU is an LSV, I assume 25mph? Can you share some pictures of the car, what does it use for the drivetrain? Battery, controllers, motor, etc. News stories say it was designed by bmw, wonder if it's an i3 underneath? https://www.manualslib.com/manual/25...age=182#manual |

![]() Yeah, the write section had a top speed of 24.2. It's a permanent magnet A/C motor. The SE Club Car repair rep came to the house and said almost everything on the cart is brand new just for the Cru. Apparently it's the CEO's baby and he and his team designed the 2D layout and BMW did the aesthetics. He said it could easily go 50mph with all stock parts, they just limit it to the legal limit of 25 mph for LSV. I just want it to go 30/35 mph.

![]() Here's some details from the motor sticker
Nidec Drive Systems ACX-3820 6.4KW 72 VDC 6390 RPM Any idea what the RPM is at 24.2? Does the CCDT have any settings for the wheel ratio? ![]() |

![]() From the dealership. If they don't want to sell it, call another.
