Those are 8V batterries. The way you tell on LA batteries is to count the number of caps and multiply by 2

My cart has a head light and tail light and a horn. I am guessing the the blue 16 volt tap is for the blower that I intend to remove. I have continued researching these lithium set ups so I purchased the following dc-dc converter and fuse block. The headlight set up must be 8 or 16 volt also?

When you say "same **** as Chins", is that a negative on Chin's?
Haven't found huge negatives

No was just pointing out this goofy named ORGYPHY looks the same as chins, but costs more, so why wouldn't you just buy the chins that more people have said it's worked out.

Question for lithium gurus. If you have a battery with welded bus bars, can they be removed and if so, how?

Put the chins in my Advanced EV and although only a couple of months, has worked perfect. I know Eco is the Rolls Royce standard, but for the money it's hard to turn down. While I expect to get full life out of it, if it died after 2 years still cheaper than Lead Acid and better performance.

Most likely the lights and horn are meant for 12V. On my 2002 Pathway, there's a 16V -> 12V reducer (looks like it may be a series of diodes to drop the voltage) on the negative path. On the Lithium conversion I just did (Cloud Energy 60AH), I cut the wire from the reducer to the terminal block, and butt joined it with the negative output from the 48V to 12V DC/DC. My cart already has a fuseblock (not sure if all DS's do?), so I cut the ring terminal off the 16V tap, and butt joined it with the 12V output of the DC/DC. My DC/DC also had a 5th lead to go to the key switch. This switched connection can also be found at the solenoid, so I connected it there rather than run it up to the key switch. Easy peasy.

BTW, very impressed with the quality of the Cloud Energy battery.
