There's a good chance you can rent / borrow a 1313 handset from a shop. But a good chance they will not have the cables required to connect to these 2023 model carts. Panameric did a write up on what's required and might even be able to sell you a cable.

I would validate what diagnostic port you have and then if it is the new style might be able to trade the cable to a shop for making the changes.

Are these still the correct settings from Panameric?

Max speed to 19.5
Speed to RPM to 400 (stock is 255, max is 600)
Default Drive Limiting map to 100% across the board
Switched from medium to fast acceleration (1 sec difference)
