Light Kit
Hi
I have a 97 G16. I'm new at this. Is a light kit..headlights and tail lights....difficult to install? What's involved? Also, is it worth paying more for a light kit, or is an inexpensive one ok? Thanks |

Re: Light Kit
I think there pretty easy to install. I prefer the light kit that is recessed into the body on painted carts. A template comes with the kit to mark the area to cut. You can get aftermarket fog lights and put on there also and save some money, but I think the deluxe kit is the way to go, it makes it alot easier to wire since it has everything in the right place and just plugs up.

Re: Light Kit
One thing to remember on the inexpensive kit, I assume you refer to lights and switch only with no wire? I bought some 16 and 14 gauge wire lately and was quite impressed with the recent price increases. So it is not cheap -considering you have to run Positive and Negative to each corner of the cart.
Welcome and good luck! |
