1980 ezgo small wiring question
I need help finding a wiring kit for my 1980 ezgo 36v cart. I found all the scmatics posted on this site, but it doesn't tell me what gauge wires I need to come off the key switch, charging connector, the two micro switches ect?
I've looked onlinevelsewhere and can't find any kits anybody sells. Do I need to go to an auto pars store to find such electrical kits with spade connectors and other connectors needed? I'm trying to completley rewire my old cart. Thanks. Also, does anyone have advice on a good place to find replacement parts for such a cart? |

Re: 1980 ezgo small wiring question
Minimum of 18Ga for switch wiring, 10Ga for the charger wiring and 4Ga for the high current cables.
Crimp-on connector kits similar to the one shown below are available at Wal-Mart, Lowes, Radio Shank, Amazon, Etc. Etc. Etc. For parts. check with the BGW site sponsors. http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/site-sponsors.php They will either have want you need or steer you in the right direction |
