Just to close this thread out. I replaced the 3 batteries that were showing low voltage and the cart runs great now. The other 3 seem to be holding charge great. I bought some used batteries as suggested .

Yea I think that is what happen on my 1st club car a 93 36 volt and the other owner put 2 new batteries and it ran slow, well Im not sure if its fixed yet not to sure to re hook it due to me not taking a picture before installing a new pack in it, I ordered a DVD on ebay and its not clear or im just to slow of what wires go where maybe some one could hook me up on the diagram? Im eager to run it, we have 3 club cars now and the newest one is a 97 and looks easier to work on? 48 v and less stuff ? I hope so.
