Did you measure the distance between the front and rear tires on both sides yet ?.It could be the trim that's off instead of the axle and I believe if the axle is off that much you would notice it going down the road a little sideways.

Hard to tell from the pics, but are you positive that the angle of the lift block is correct? It should be taller in the back, which would tilt the axle backwards and give you some extra slack for your brake cables to hook up. It looks like that driver's side cable is begging for mercy.

Yup, it is taller in the back and yes that cable is begging for mercy!!
