Default 93 Gas Club Car

Goin nuts, new generator/starter, solenoid and two new voltage regulators. When I test the battery while not running, 12.5 ish output, while driving, drops to mid 11's, I am constantly recharging the battery and it will die while driving. I cannot get my head around where it is going wrong. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Why me Eric? your getting good at helping others out!

Welcome to BGW Jason!

There could be a number of reasons why it's not charging after replacing everything,
First, we'll start out with the S/G...
What "rotation" S/G did you get?
Counter Clockwise? (what it should have) Clockwise?, or Bi-Directional?
IF... you got a clockwise S/G for your counter clockwise engine, you'll need to get the right one!
IF... you got a bi-directional S/G, try swapping the yellow and white wires on the S/G,
A standard counter clockwise S/G should be Yellow on DF, and White on F2,
Last but not least, check to make sure that you have a good ground strap connected to the S/G!

VR...
I have read where a number of people bought aftermarket voltage regulators and they were bad right out of the box!
OR... they hooked up the S/G backwards, and it fried the VR!

Here's the wiring diagram for your 93, double check your connections!

Thank you very much for the information, I have it wired for a counter clockwise rotation and according to the layout above. I have a copy of the Manual downloaded for reference on my desktop. Fortunately, I still had the box. Unfortunately, it does not tell what the rotation is. Can you tell me how to make the determination? How do I determine what the motor needs for the direction?

Part Number on the box, ZZ-15421N, when I was looking for the replacement, I used the part no. provided in the manual: 1012316, this is listed as a replacement for my year Club Car.
