Default Club car issues/question

After a year long project, finally installed new batteries only to find out I've got electrical issues.

Haven't had time to investigate but what I know for sure is that the solenoid is not closing when pedal depressed.

Have 50 v one side of solenoid contact and 48 on other side. Was wondering why voltage was on both sides until I thought about the precharge resistor.

The keyswitch is the only oem electrical left on the cart, haven't checked it for continuity so it may be something that simple,..

I do have a question about the polarity of the charger connection. It's a crowfoot. Wondering if I have the polarity correct because when I connected the DPI charger the meter was ramping up and down erratically.

Actually I need to know the DPI side. No output with no load. Is what you posted the same on all, if so I will use that to verify.

Crash, never mind. It's early combined with poor vision.

I'll check but will a DPI charger hum and bounce the meter or is this abnormal?

Update, plugged in the charger and after some humming, meter bouncing, charger led flashing on and off, the charge led went solid, and meter steady at 10a.
