If it looks like this, that's it!! And yes, it replaces C-clip!!

Spline side faces away from tranny!!

I forgot to mention that yes, you do need the spacer. Its called a Input shaft collar spacer.

Where do I buy new ramp shoes?? Would normal Yamaha dealer have them?? Found a few websites that are $6 for 3 of them and then they want $15 shipping. Eeek.......

I going to order a Umax white spring and spacer and shoes at the same place I know what you mean about shipping.I need some other small parts too. I going to order the seals too should replace them while its apart.
