Appreciate the comment NCPW, this has been an interesting build.

As this a street only cart I've been working towards stiffening the ride a bit to take the roll out. With the KYB gas shocks on the back, I've been looking at options for the front. Decided on some Kimpex 08-155 N7 gas shocks for the front. Shocks have 1" eyes, 10-3/8" extended, 8-3/4" retracted.

The shocks do not come with bushings or sleeves so I modified some Energy Suspension 2.2117G flanged urethane bushings, sleeves were spacers from McMaster. I also removed the rubber cushions on the shock rod to allow for a bit more travel.

With the cart on the ground I have around 1-1/4" of down stroke left on the shocks - not looking for long travel. This works for my cart as I have around 1-3/4" clearance between the tire and fender flare so I shouldn't rub the tire if the shock bottoms out.

Definitely stiffer, I like the ride and less roll when turning. Perhaps a bit to stiff on bumps, i.e. making the transition from the street to the driveway and garage is definitely more noticeable than with the stock shocks.

Definitely a great build. You've really brought that cart back after the flood and it looks great.
