Re: $27 stereo install
I like it. Now you can install a USB charging port and charge it (and anything else) right from the cart.

I like it! It's in the Amazon cart. I need to get a mirror also.

Re: $27 stereo install
I did the same thing with my JBL FLIP3, its water resistant and works great, I drive around every couple of days for about an hour or so. I put it in in Dec, charged it once in Feb, and its still going strong, sound quality is great. that was the easiest mod I have made yet...

Re: $27 stereo install
nice, I like that idea, no complicated stereo systems to install and worry about your batteries being charged evenly.

Re: $27 stereo install
I've been thinking of doing the same thing except with a Braven Speaker. A little more expensive, waterproof and great sound quality.

Re: $27 stereo install
I had velcro'd a klipsh bluetooth speaker to the dash of my ezgo. It was excellent! Runs off 8 D batteries. Purchased 8 Tenergy 10000 mah rechargeable batteries and a charger. After 6 months though, the battery cover cracked from bumps and the batteries are not consistently holding a charge. Sold the cart (long story) so on the clubcar I'm tweaking, I've gone a different route... more to come

Re: $27 stereo install
Just got that little speaker. I figured it would be good because of the maker of it, but holy cow.
I can't believe the sound that little thing punches out. Paired this little speaker to my smartphone with Bluetooth, then add Pandora, and it's off to the races. |
