Default 1994 EzGo Robin EH29c 295cc rebuild

I just got my first EzGo gas cart and she’s got 60psi compression. Who do you guys recommend for parts? I cannot find rod bearings anywhere!

Before you go for a rebuild, adjust the valves.

They are already set. The engine has 60 psi, add oil to cylinders jumps to 130. I need piston rings and can’t find all the parts I need.

You may be able to find some new old stock stuff, but most likely you will have to go aftermarket since theyve been discontinued.

I’m open to any options since I can’t find them anywhere. Does anyone make them?

I'd order from golf cart king

A tip, if you're not in a hurry, add everything you need to your cart. Sign in with your email and everything but dont complete the checkout. In a day or so theyll send you an email saying you forgot a bunch of stuff in your cart and send a discount code

Are the rod bearings part of the rod? I can’t find them separate. I might just have to buy a new engine

Yes. Rod bearings are integral to the rod. If it has play, or measures out of spec, replace the rods

UPDATE
-Machine shop told me to find better pistons, but aftermarket is all you can get
-Bored/honed .25over new pistons and one connecting rod (other in spec, matched to crank)
-New aftermarket Plusar coil .020”, Amazon igniter, NGK plugs, wires, eBay ignition coil with resistance to spec, timing belt, crank bearings, and an auxiliary ground to soleniod.

Ready to rolllllllll........Or not
I push go and get one spark, as I release I get one more across the tester
She hasn’t sputtered once, but makes the same ignition signal spark with the pulsar not hooked up. Maybe I have a wiring issue

Bonus points if you know how to tell how much oil should be running out the hose to a Bosch gauge I put in the dash, it’s priming and filling, but not a lot of volume
