wow that is o huge relief dave, thanks! nope, my dad has worked on yamaha sleds for quite a wile and was impressed with the shape of the spyder/weights. lokks to have been replaced,(minus the sheive, lol)

so why would it be clanking then if there ok with the crank play? it was just that one night that i started hearing it. thanks to all!

ess we have 3'' of snow or so but its fluffy and not so great for sledding...

Sabercat I probably have all the part to fix the old clutch the face plate I also have a new type of shoe sprocket for the rear the buttons will need replacing

Maybe we can work something if you are interested

I would need to look at the primary face plate

The crank that moves from side to side is normal the use old style of roller bearing in those case since they are not supposed to spin allot of RPM LOL

ok guys got an update!! today received my clutch parts in the mail and got the primary back together! just needs to be torqued onto the crank. then the battery goes back in and then need to order some helix buttons and thats it. will post some pics tomorrow.

got the clutch on and cart is up and running!! only thing is the clutch clunking like i said befor a bit on take off, might check fan side and see if its loose or somthing.
