Default Jake's lift... right kit?

Hey Guys,
Ordered a Jakes lift, for my G16, from a reputable dealer. Box says
G8/11/14/16. but the instruction page list this kit I have as part number 6252. which doesnt include the G16. I went on Jakes site and saw that the part number listed for the G16 is 6253. Now that being said, from the pictures, the only difference I can see between the two kits, is that for the earlier kits, #6252, they have a sway bar extension plate added to the kit. The G16 or #6253 doesnt show that plate included in the kit. Does anyone know, is this the only difference in the kit??? Or will there be other issues that are differnt on the G16??? Looking to install the kit this morning, but hate to get into it, and find out things arent matching up properly.
Thanks guys!

I do not know about the older model but that kit looks just like the one I installed on my G16 last month,

If it were me, I would install it. The only part you may have to exchange might be the panard drop down piece. But I bet it installs just fine.
Hope it works.Mike

Jakes builds neat stuff. Take your time, clean everything up as you go and have fun!
Remember, There are 2 roll pins in the king pins, you drive out the inner one first, then the larger one, Then drive the king pins up from the bottom if I remember right. Then never seize everything as you reassemble, and grease the bushing areas, and the thrust washers go at the top on the king pins.
Hope this helps;Mike

Progress being made...installed the front yesterday before the Football games started. Have the back apart, ready for the new goal post...

Don’t buy the all trail or moto-x trail same thing , rocks get stuck in them then they spit out on your roof

On my third build i chose duro desert tires a bit softer better ride

The best I had where kenda dominators nice ride much softer tire

Excellent grip in mud

my 2 cents
