Light Bar lens
I have a 2004 ezgo with light bar on front. Lens is very dull looking. Anyone know how to make it clear again, or how to buy the lens only?
Thanks. |

Re: Light Bar lens
I know the OEM are a sealed part, meaning the lens is not replaceable...

Re: Light Bar lens
If none of the sponsors have any used ones at their shop, check back with me! We have some almost new ones that we took off of carts, being that most people that come into our shop would rather have the cut-in lights!

Re: Light Bar lens
Thanks Mike & Rad, I have the brush guard that surrouds this light, so I'd rather stay with it rather than the cut ins. Can you give me a price with shipping on the used ones? Can you send a pic? I know that I can buy a polishing kit for the one I have, but I'm not sure it will work.
Thanks. I am in Birmingham, AL. Last edited by kdeerman; 02-25-2010 at 10:39 PM.. Reason: address |

Re: Light Bar lens
The polishing kit works and when you are done with the cart you can do the car and truck
Friend of mine just bought a kit and did the sand blasted car headlights and 2 other vehicles. The dealer had wanted $150 each for the Chrysler headlights ..... |

You can also buy a headlight lens polishing kit at any of the auto stores for about $20, it has about the same stuff in it. NOTE Rad and Mike's way is easier. |
