Default safe speed

freind hase a 95 g14 i dont have a tach want to adjust governor i have a gps what is the max safe speed i can adjust it to also does the model have an rpm limiter and what rpm does it take effect

screw governor all the way in, should run about 16mph i think, just sold my G-14 2 hours ago, was 12.5 stock, 16mph governor clear in, 24.5 GPS with governor arm hole drilled out, didn,t appear to have a rev limiter, or if it did, i never hit it, not like the G-2 i had before this anyways.I'm guessing he'll be fine with governor intact, just screwed in to 16mph. Just my opinion of course
