Are you guys sure that it needs to reach a certain voltage or it won't shut down? I was under the impression that 16 hours was the max charge cycle duration for safety reasons, which makes sense. Another week and my camp probably would have gone up, and took the whole campground with it - no rain in weeks! Anyone think an OBC reset is worth a shot? Hopefully a few charge-discharge cycles and like Chris mine will return to normal behavior, but even if it does I've lost confidence in leaving it plugged in while I'm gone for extended periods. Thanks for help guys.
It's 58.3. Sounds like you're getting close.

i think i mentioned that a bad OBC on that year will not let the charger shut off .......don,t know why but put quite a few OBC,s in carts that charger wouldn,t shut off and it cured everyone.............................

Well, for me the solution was a bit more expensive - 6 new T-875's at $116 each I tried a few charge/discharge cycles but no joy - the charger kept right on running, and volts never got above 58.1. Charger now operated as before, shutting off automatically. That batteries were old and were going to be replaced next spring anyway, so it was budgeted, just not for six months. Who knows, maybe battery prices will jump over the winter and this would be a good thing! Thanks for all the replies.

Notch,

Thanks for sharing. Sorry to hear it wasn't a "cheap" fix but a fix nonetheless. Knowing you needed batteries, thankfully it wasn't the charger which would have added significantly to your costs. Glad all is back running. I am going to need batteries in the next 6 - 12 months so I am hoping the prices go lower

Just want to say thanks to all that contibuted to this subject. I had the exact same problem on my 48v 2004 CC and was about to replace my OBC. I reset the OBC and it still would not shut off. After rechecking the full charge voltage I'm under the 58V so now I suspect my battery pack is no longer up to snuff. I'm going to recheck the battery SG and individual voltage readings.
