Re: 97 club car ds doesnt move
the one under the pedal took it out and worked it by hand with it hooked to meter seemed to be workong right not sure though cause i dont have schematic just the wirinf diagram also i think it might be a battery issue cause with the rearend off the ground tires turn super fast when lowered back down it doesnt seem to want to ull the cart does that make sense

Re: 97 club car ds doesnt move
well if your pot is only going from 5k to 3.5k the tire (without a load) would seem fast, but the 3.5k isn't enough to get the cart moving (close to 1000 lbs worth of cart to move......) you need a new pot. you can replace it with the same as it had or upgrade it to the MCOR unit.

Re: 97 club car ds doesnt move
Personally I would go with the MCOR. It's a nice sealed unit and it's remote located away from the pedals themselves.

Re: 97 club car ds doesnt move
yes it would. You would need to use 48 Volt Solenoids instead of the 36 Volt ones but it would work fine. Also, instead of a "box" you could use a simple flat plate to mount all of it.

Re: 97 club car ds doesnt move
still not sure what to do check spefic gravity of batteries 1 and 2 are low onlt about 1125 to 1175 the rest are 1220 to 1275 not sure if this would be a problem or not but i sure am confused the voltage going to the pot setup is only 10v this is out of the speed controller what should it be i am about ready just to buy all new motor/contoller and mcor and batteries from where i am at now i think it could be any of them
