Reprograming a Precedent
I own an aircraft restoration business and also repair golf carts. I've been selling refurb Precedents from time to time and just got a Curtiss 1311-4401 programmer instead of paying our local CC dealer. The manual I got with it and info on Curtiss' site are very vague, I tried to reprogram an 07 Precedent but no luck. Any thoughts ?

Re: Reprograming a Precedent
It's because in order to access speed setting 4 you've got to order the combination to unlock it from a Club Car Dealer. Look below the speed setting on the same menu and you'll see Code A, Code B, and Code C.... You've gotta nail all three of those numbers right on the head to unlock it. Every controller has a different combination.
