EZGO gas tank help
Okay my 1994 GXT804 has seen the last days of its fuel tank (unfixable leak) :( Now I see the regular gas tanks running for around $50-70ish. But those exclude the GXT 804. And the 804 specific tank goes for a least twice that.
A)Why? B) Could it be made to work? (cut, grinding, welding) C) Has anybody gone with an custom or alternative tank? Any help would be awesome. If I have to pay $150 for a new tank, I'd rather get something cool. |

Re: EZGO gas tank help
How about mounting a Kart fuel cell in there? They look cool as hell, although you'd cut your capacity quite a bit - on the upside though, they're available used for a lot less than you're talking for a new OEM tank ... Just a thought
