Good to know about the 3-leaf springs. If someone is wanting more of a quality ride then I would definite go with those. The 4-leaf worked out perfect in my case.

Thanks for the info on the 3 leaf springs. I'm going to call one of the suppliers tomorrow to see what the weight capacity for the different springs are. My cart is s 2-seater. I have a meat rack on the back in place of a fold down seat that hopefully I will get to load up sometime. So, 410# of batteries + 400 payload + meat rack (200# occasionally) + 100# cage and front rack x maybe a 1.5 dynamic load factor. Whatever that calculates in spring load is about what I would want.

Superman, I have been in construction mode for the past couple months. I just started back on my cart this week. Wiring my accessories and custom built dash now. Hope to put the body on next week or maybe test run next week before putting in the body. Everything is either on the cart or on the floor of my shop (except for new leafs). I'll post some photos soon.

I talked to Jake's this morning. They said the 3 leaf provides the same lift in height as the 4 leaf. Difference is if you carry rear passenger's the 4 leaf will provide better support but a bit stiffer without passengers. I think that concurs with what you guys were saying. I bought the HD 3-leaf.
