I went to home depot and bought some heavy duty rubber base molding and some stainless hardware. I saw on a 4x4 forum that a guy used the base molding on his truck for flares, so i thought i would give it a try. so for nine bucks i did flares on my g9. A whole lot better than $110 plus shipping for ones you have to modify to fit. they are just wide enough to cover the tires with the wheel spacers. I'm pretty satisfied on how they look, you can judge for yourself. they aren't the best pics but that's as good as it gets in the shop. let me know what you think

Looks good cycle! What size wheel spacers do you have? Also, what stainless hardware did you get? Self tapping srews or nuts, bolts and washers???

Nice job,Cyclone. You should post these pics in members rides where everyone can enjoy them not everyone reads my dumbass questions

speaking of which: What do you think of the double a arm? how's it ride?
do you think it would live through a few bumpy trails? It sure looks good on your cart.

tonka, I used machine screws with nuts and washers. and i have the 2 inch lug extenders. i know you're not a fan of them but they seem to be working just fine.
newby, I like the double a-arm, it seems to ride fine just haven't got to ride it much yet, we had a lot of snow this year and now it's melting fast. which means that the trails are a mess for at least another couple weeks. it is pretty beefy, I don't think you would have any problems with it, unless maybe you're jumping driveways or somrthing. lol and i will post some pics on members rides when i get some better pics.
