Default Mud flap/guards question?

I have a an EZ Go TXT with wide tires. I was playing golf this weekend in very wet conditions and the two of us in the cart were covered in mud by the end of the day. What is the best solution for slinging mud?

Rain Suits?? Seriously Clark, they do make fender flares for your TXT that will widen 2" or more. Buy the better quality ones with the stainless fasteners, not cheap but they will last as they are not as brittle as the plastic ones. I put the TXT flares on my Yamaha G9 and really like them......

I was going to say a good shower afterwards....

Anyway, I used the aforementioned ones above and had some issues with them (minor) but you need to read this thread; there's some instructions and tips on how to install them as well as a tip on their fit. I found the front flares NOT to be the mirror image of each other and needed to do a minor trim.

I just installed a set also, they were the cheaper ones ($50) and look like they will serve the purpose. The push pin fasteners are kinda skimpy, I will probably be replacing them with stainless screws shortly.

Nice looking fender flares, I am also interested where you purchased them for $50.00?
