Where to buy batteries?
I have done searches and searches on here. All kinds of great info on battery maintenance, BUT, I can't find one thread that says, "Go here to buy batteries". Besides my local Interstate dealer, where would a guy in Maryland go to buy new batteries for his 48V Precedent?

Re: Where to buy batteries?
When it was time for me to buy, I had to shop around on the internet for battery dealers in my area. Buying batteries online is not much of an option due to shipping. I wanted US or Crown but eventually went with Trojan due to location and price.
Just got to shop around. |

Re: Where to buy batteries?
I have the 4x12v setup in my precedent and just picked up new trojans on Monday from the local dealer. The dealer in my area was continental battery and they got $160.00 ea with a core. They came in cheaper than the local cart dealer with u.s. batteries at $180.00 ea.

Re: Where to buy batteries?
$109 is not bad for T875.
Something else you guys need to consider before slamming battery prices is the location of the dealer and the distribution center. Dealers across the country are not paying the same amount for battery x due to shipping costs. |

Re: Where to buy batteries?
i agree scotty i,m not slammin them its just frustrating.......theres a place right by my camp that sells a private label battery comparable to T875 and they want 172.00 each not including core? that makes no sense to me.......now my buddy in flordia can get me the T875 for 110.00 each not counting core but to have them shipped........i might be buying a 2008 E-Z go 36 volt from him....1500 includes brand new trogans.......i,m trying to get the shipping worked out and if i do were gonna load it down with as many batteries as possible for the trip up..............the going rate for a 6 volt trojan up here is approx 130.00 to 150.00 each......and the T875 forget about it you have to morgage the house and sell your 1st born.......................
