Default Motor-OBC Bad

Hi All,
I bought a 2007 clubcar Precedent November 2010. This is a stock
car no accessories or mods. It ran fine until about a month ago
when my wife was using it and it would not start. It had the original batteries
(4-12volt). I replaced the batteries with new batteries and it still would not
start. I returned the cart to the place I bought it from. They are now tellling
me the OBC, the tow switch, and the motor is bad. I paid $1700.00 for the car 6 months ago, what should I do?
Any info would be appreciated.

Does the charger come on ?? And put the cart on stands

1. Unplug the charger for 2 minutes

2. Plug the charger back in within 30 seconds you should here a click and see the needle go up 5 to 15 amps.

3. if not unplug the charger

4 Jump the yellow wire from the obc to the controller to ground.
step on go pedal (controller to ground)

if nothing then
7 ground the yellow wire on the solenoid that comes from the controller
step on go pedal

Let us know what happens and at what step it happens!!
