Default I inherited a Club Car!

It appears to be a good cart and I got it about 6 months ago. I did not drive it much this winter and I keeped in the garage and periodically charged and watered. Got it out this spring and drove daily, last week it stopped. I ck'd batteries and water was low showing cells, I watered but it wont charge, batts showing 51.3 volts? Not sure how old the batts are or how to tell? Forgive me folks but I started researching and found this site which appeared to have alot of knowledge. Are my Batts history? How do I charge by some other method? Any help appreciated!

Welcome to BGW! It looks like you got a nice late nineties Club Car.

51v is a full charge so it doesn't sound like battery trouble... not running and not charging? .... I suspect a OBC problem. Can you get a hold of another charger to try on the cart.... even if just for a moment?

Question Re: I inherited a Club Car!

Did you smell anything burning when it quit running. Take and tug on all the connections real good and see if anything is loose.
