Default series heat issue?

Do any of you lifted series guys with high amp controllers and 48 volts ever get really hot motors? What kind of distance and speed can you push carts? I may switch my pds to series and would like to know these questions...Please post responses...Thks buggie bro's

The series motors are better suited to higher torque loads.

Does that mean they can be pushed mid 20's or so for 10 or so miles at a time with no heat issues etc...

if your really worried about heat there are several ways to wire in a small fan to help out with it......................

Personally I would suggest talking to PlumQuick.... They have done some wild stuff with vented motors in the past and I am sure they can accomodate you with your needs.
