EZ GO won't charge or run

I have a 99 EZ Go golf cart that will not charge. I'm stumped...
Symptoms:
Charger never starts charging
Battery Meter does not light up

My Diagnostics:
Replaced all batteries including cables
Have around 36 volts at charger port
Checked all connections in the controller box
Switch sends hot to controller when turned to on
Charger does work on other golf carts

Any help would be appreciated?

Looks like a Series

inside the charger handle, there are 2 "pins" and a flat piece of copper. use a pick and make sure the flat piece of copper is slightly bent out so that when it plugs in to the cart is will make contact.
