Re: Covering radio hole in dash
I have an old engine cover from my local shop I can cut up - need to come up with a means to cut it cleanly. I'm pretty good with a dremel.

Re: Covering radio hole in dash
Shape some of a green NOODLE to fit and stick extra 270 shells in it, they wont rattle around and they are handy. Or carry buck shot the same way. I dont load until I'm at the stand and that's a lot easier than carrying them in your pocket.

Re: Covering radio hole in dash
The lower piece is lexan painted black on the back side. Requires lexan compatible paint available in many colors at hobby stores.
I have a poly planer MP3 kit. Small amp mounted in battery compartment. On the dash is a power switch, volume control and the jack for the mp3 player(Ipod). I also have a little Sony walkman radio ($28 at Wallyworld) Am,Fm Weather band, that plugs into the cord which then becomes the antenna. FM is usable while cart is in motion AM is not(controller interference) Speakers mounted on the bottom side of the cup holder. Other than the lexan all of these are ideas I got from other members on the forum. |
