Pic-1: At the back of the bagwell, there are three holes through the floor and frame. In the driver side hole, I have the bolt that came with the Springy Thingy stuck up from the bottom with a nut on top, holding it in place when the Springy Thingy isn't on it.
In the center hole, I have an eye-bolt that I use to pull things with and to lift rear of cart off ground when needed.

Pic-2: Closeup of eye-bolt.

Pic-3: Took the bolt from the Springy Thingy to local hardware store and got a longer bolt and nuts with same threads. Bored out the original hole so the larger one would fit and mounted it head down also. The second nut is so the bottom of the Springy Thingy is above the lip on the bag holder.

Pic-4: Cart profile with low mounted flag.

Pic-5: Cart profile with high mounted flag.

I may have to add a Springy Thingy mount on the roof. There are some back roads with hills so steep that the hood of a car or pickup hides the flag in the high mount when they crest the hill. I can hear them coming, but the roads are very narrow and people tend to take their half out of the middle.

It's not nicknamed the Mountain State because it's flat.
