altrax wiring problem need help
1-GRN (+) 6-RED LED flash = Pre-Charge Failure is what I'm getting on new altrax controller. never got a solid green yet. batteries fully charged

Do you have a pre-charge resistor on your solenoid? That's what it is telling you, no resistor detected across the main terminals of the solenoid.

When the resistor gets hot as hell it is because the controller is trying to draw power for the motor through it.
It's likely your solenoid is not activating? Clicking? Is the cart series or PDS? |
