MZJ-400A solenoid help
I am trying to wire this 48 volt MZJ-400A on a ezgo pds and really don't want to wire anything wrong(again), so I was wondering if anyone have a pic or description of where the blue and yellow wires go on the solenoid. I am guessing the yellow wire goes on the positive side labled 1 which would also be the red(positive)side of the diode, but I want to be sure before I wire anything up.
Thanks |

Re: MZJ-400A solenoid help
The control wires, diode, and resistor get attached to the new solenoid in the same orientation as before. The solenoid itself has no polarity. Just be sure to configure the diode to the wires it was attached to before the swap.

Re: MZJ-400A solenoid help
Thank you Gornoman. Unfortunately, there was no diode or resistor on the solenoid before I got the cart.
