Default Clutch issues, help please.

So a buddy and I were out muddin and such and as we got back and pulled into the driveway he started having problems. Lifted up seat, and the clutch cover is stuck open (so clutch is partially closed). You can see the plastic spacers kinda misaligned, and it will not close. So we're trying to get clutch off (primary, btw) but can't. We took out the bolt but that thing will not budge. We've pried, banged, leveraged, penetrAting oil, and still nothing. Are we missing something? Btw, it's a gas club car with the big block, but clutches are clutches anyway. Any help would be appreciated, wanna get him up and running and out of my garage too. Lol.

you need a clutch puller, where you took the bolt out they make a puller to thread in there and pop clutch off...............otherwise its just not gonna budge.............................................

Eh.....kinda figured. A specialty tool? Can this puller be bought locally or does it have to be ordered from a particular place like CPP? And thanks for the info.
