Off sho, it sounds like your voltage regulator is gone. Do a search on how to test it.

Thank you guys so much!!! So Currie, I finally got back home to start troubleshooting again and my trouble shooting got cut real short. As soon as i tried to locate the yellow start/gen wire, i found it to be separated at the wire clip. . i know i know, should have seen it a long time ago,but just a few days ago without u guys help, i didnt even know what the yellow wire was for. Thanks to u guys and the research button on here, i was able to get it going.I still have not hooked the volt meter to it, i pretty much think thats the issue.
