Finally back at it. Does anybody have a diagram on how to properly wire up the pedal switch? When I installed the new switch I got nothing.

I removed all existing wires and just started over. All good now for the cart now on to the charger. If I turn the charger on what should the voltage be? When not hooked up to the cart. Right now it reads about 36-37 volts.

Sweet now I get to tear that apart. Where can I find some trouble shooting guides. Or test procedures?

What charger do you have? Picture of face plate if you can't find the model.

Monitor the battery pack voltage.
It will start at whatever the discharged pack was at and then climb into the 44-46 volt range when the batteries near being fully charged, which may take hours 6 to 8 hours.

Let us know exactly why you think you need to tear the charger apart?
