Only 1 question....which side is which?
I think the 4 wires go on the side closes to the batteries, is that right?

oh crap, I have a NPX and am using the stock plug on it and I see black and white are reversed in your drawing... so I should switch them?

The throttle input leads can be switched on some carts. If your cart runs okay leave it alone
If memory serves me right the open terminal is on the passenger side.

I trust your memory better than mine.

I lied I have another question. The Curtis controller has 4 cable connections. The Alltrax did not have an A2. So what cable connects to the A2 stud?

I finally got around to finishing this. And the buggy runs. I don't know how well because I ran out of time. But it does run in the yard. I have the original 46v charger so that is not a problem. I like the 48v charger better but it wont work on this so I guess I will have to make sure I unplug/plug in from time to time(if not in use).

Thanks for help. Hopefully I will be able to replace the 48v controller soon.
