Default Voltage reducer issues

Yesterday I took the cart out and had the stereo playing, then stopped at the club house and turned it off. When I returned it would not turn back on. Upon investigation, all items that were 12 volt powered ( stereo, lights, power outlet) were inoperative. This leads me to believe that the voltage reducer kicked the bucket. Will test it today, just wondering if anyone else has had this issue. It has worked great for the last four months then yesterday it just quit. Any thoughts as to why this might occur?

Possibly the inline fuse on the reducer?
