Default 2008 Precedent dead after washing

I golfed 18 holes Saturday morning and after golfing I sprayed the cart off with a hose, I then drove the cart into the shed, then turned the key off, put the F/R in neutral, put switch to tow and plug in charger. I went to play golf yesterday and the cart was dead. Charger was off. Pack reads 50.9 Volts. I checked all battery conections and all are tight. Also when I sprayed the cart off I did not spray under the seat (battery compartment) just the exterior and wheel wells. Where or what do I need to check?

Spraying it off shouldn't hurt it. I put mine in TOW when I wash it and I try to let it dry in the sun before I drive it but as long as you don't flood the controller it should be fine.

That is weird. Also, there is no reason to put the cart in Tow when you leave it and charge it. Do you get the reverse buzzer when in reverse?

No, the reverse buzzer does not come on in reverse. What has me confused as I drove it after a washed it to the storage shed and it ran fine.

Does the cart charge if you unplug and plug back in the charger?
Also, do you hear a solenoid click when cart is on, in forward, and you step on the gas?

I have not tried to plug the charger back in because it shows to be fully charged 50.9 volts. And I do not hear a click from the solenoid when I step on the gas.

Man it sounds like a dead cart...
Maybe the water got on a wire somewhere and created a short?
Do all the wires under the seat look ok? Nothing abnormal, sparks, etc...

Everything looks fine, all cables are tight and no signs of a short. Also I did not spray under the seat just the outside of the cart.

Is there a fuse behind the FR switch under the seat? My DS has one in a yellow inline fuse holder. I would check to make sure it's not blown.
I can't imagine the controller getting wet, it has a protective cover over it...

I will check tonight after work. The cart is at the golf course in my storage shed. I plan on bringing it home to work on it. Any other ideas?
