Jake's Lift Kits - Pathetic customer service
So I realized I needed the kingpin alignment kit for my 6" spindle lift. Called them on Monday to order it. Finally spoke to someone after 10 or more minutes on hold waiting who assured me it would be shipped out Tuesday on 2 day delivery. Here it is Thursday morning with no sign of a shipment notice (which was mentioned in the order confirmation) so I am calling them to see if it has even left yet. Currently 25:24 minutes on hold again. They might make good lift kits but you had better hope you don't need to talk to anyone.

Yes, I know. I am on vacation and didn't even realize the date. My bad but neither one of us clicked when he said it would be delivered on Thursday. Guess we will pick this up tomorrow.

LOL good luck on a regular business day cause thats the kind of customer service I got for 2 weeks! Lie after lie I finally told them too forget it and give me my money back and that took another 2 weeks too get
