After going out and looking at the battery's all the wires aren't the same size is this normal? Thanks nathan

All of the battery cables in the system should be the same size. Think of the cables as hoses in a water delivery system. If one hose is smaller than the others it will cause a restriction in the flow. It's the same with amperage. If there is a restriction in the amperage flow it will result in electrical resistance which will manifest itself in the form of heat that can damage or destroy components.
There are 13 cables in all in the high amperage delivery system for a series cart. |
