No, it won't......but it will help your delivery system to be the best that it can be and not put a strain on anything.

oh and btw......CONGRATS on the ride, and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to BGW. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wive's, husbands, girlfirends and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!!

Sir Nuke is basically correct.

However there is a grey area, or two, that may exist since your cart may not be operating at its peak efficiency and it takes a lot of torque to turn tall wide tires.

In stock trim, your cart should run in the 13 to 14 MPH range at 36V, so with 20" tires the speed should be in the 14.5 to 15.5 MPH range. If not, there may be efficiency issues of some kind.

With a 400A controller, the minimum high current cable (all 13 of them) size is 4Ga and the solenoid should be at least 200A continuous.

If any cable, connection or component is getting more than warm, it needs to be fixed/replaced.

Which wires are you talking about? Can you attach a picture?
The high current wires will be the ones connecting the batteries to each other and to the motor and controller.

The battery cable should all be the same size. Think of the cables as hoses in a water delivery system. Anyplace where a small hoses used the flow will be restricted. In an electrical system any such restriction will produce poor performance and unwanted heat. There are 13 high amp cables in the delivery system.

There are other wires for other things that don't need high current.
Wires to key switch, throttle, etc. are all smaller because they can be.

It's the wires connecting all the batteries together ! Their not the same size some are larger than the others. I'm going to order some wires from Scottie , do you think I will need any thing else while ordering? Me and my dad rode it today and I have him hooked now ! He said we need to make it faster! Thanks guys
