Tubes are sized like tires.Just get one that matches.Don't use Bias-tubes in Radials, but you can use Radials in Bias tires.

I have the same problem with one of my tires. The side wall is cracked and is leaking. I put some green slime for ATV tires in them and will let ya know if it works. I thought of tubes but needed the added benefit of the tires self sealing while wheeling around in the sticks.

Don't forget that you can still put a patch on the inside of the tire (covering the crack) & still tube it.

ATV-Slime works!!I use it in everything here since we have sharp thorns and sharp rocks everywhere. My old mower tires were so dry-rotted that they held air for a few days,Pumped some slime in,ran them all summer. The slime finally leaked thru the tire over the winter, left a nice green puddle on the floor!

How about stitching the sidewall? Yep, I get a magazine "Overland Journal". They recently had a tire repair kit test/comparison. Some of the kits included sutures. In the test, they sliced a tires sidewall, then stitched it up, and put plugs between the stitches. It was ugly, but the tire held air after the repair. Certainly unsafe for road use, but this was a "get your butt back to civilization" fix.

That sounds pretty cool Muck, but yea I bet they do look pretty ugly. But hey, it doesn't matter how it looks as long as it can get you back to an inhabited land.
