Default My charger won't shut off

I've got a PowerDrive2 charger and a '98 48V Club Car.

The voltage across the whole bank is 51.03V. The individual battery voltages are as follows:

1. 8.50V
2. 8.51V
3. 8.52V
4. 8.50V
5. 8.52V
6. 8.50V

I don't have a hydrometer, so I don't have SG readings. I ordered one, but it won't be here until next week. My next step is to see if my BIL's charger shuts off like it's supposed to. Assuming that the other charger works properly, does anyone have any tips on fixing my charger?

Not the charger ...... if its putting out... the batteries have not come up to cut off voltage yet.

The above voltages were after the cart had been unplugged for 24+ hrs. The charger first puts out 15A then drops to 10A and stays there. I think that the longest that I have let it go is ~16hrs.

What should the shutoff voltage be?

I guess that I never followed up on this thread.

There wasn't anything wrong. The batteries were way more discharged than I thought they were. I guess hauling around ~1000lbs for a couple of miles will do that.
