Default Battery question newbie

I recently pickup an older Club Car. Pervious owner said it was from the 70s but I am unable to find any serial numbers anywhere on it. I used the charts in this forum. The cart batteries do not seem to be getting a full charge and when I ride it, it has no power going up inclines and the batteries seem to drain rather quickly. I have made sure the water is above the plates and charged it with an older manual charger for several hours. I tested the batteries with a meter and all of them read 5.3 volts or above except one reads 2.3 volts. Will this one battery cause it to not charge properly and have no power and will replacing this one battery possibly solve my problem?

Those readings are very low. I'd try to get them up, but I think it's time for a new battery pack. And, since you have a manual charger, let it charge for a full 16 hours, and then take readings again after a day or so after the 16 hour charge and post them here

I'm sure I need to replace all the batteries. After charging for 16 hrs and letting them sit over night all of them were in the 4.0 to 4.5 range except the one that was still 2.3, I will get a pic as soon as I get another camera which should be in about a week. My other one burned up on me. I think before I buy any batteries I will have a Tech check it out for me to see if it is worth even spending that kind of money on the cart. A friend of mine repairs golf carts at a local business. thanks for all your help as I know absolutely nothing about golf carts. Picture to come asap.
