Default ezgo total charge 36 volt charger problem

good morning. the charger has been working fine for a long time and now all the sudden the amp meter reads nothing . Does anybody have any manuals on how to troubleshoot this charger if so I would greatly appreciate it or give me some ideas of where to start looking.

I don't have a schematic for a Total Charge, but here is a wiring diagram.

Does the transformer hum when plugged in AC power and the Cart?

Cart has 37.8 volts. Charger was working and just quit. It clicks and when you turn the timer dial there is a hummm

I just did a bypass on the relay and checked it where the voltage comes out to the cart and it doesn't even show one whole volt

Try resetting the circuit breaker. Red button on faceplate.

The Positive DC output originates at the transformer and goes through the diodes on the heatsink (It is AC on the transformer side of the diodes), then goes through the circuit breaker and then to the white wire in the output cable.

The Negative starts at the transformer and goes to one side of the ammeter, then goes to the black wire in the output cable.

Tripped breaker, blown diodes, blown ammeter or open wires in output cable or inside charger.
