Default 2020 EV dead

I have a new 2020 EV IS 72 volt with the Tracker off road name on it. It shows no sign of power on the battery meter, battery pack has 76 volts, no lights work, and only the relay on the fuse plug clicks when key is turned to rev or fwd, key switch checks good with ohm meter, all fuses in fuse plug is good relay in fuse plug is good, main solenoid is good but not getting control power to it and on top of my controllers is says fuse. I do not see a fuse ? Is the fuse inside the controller and can it be replaced ? What type of fuse standard plastic auto type fuse or some special fuse made just for the controller ? Would that stop control power to the main solenoid ?

The newly crafted Tracker EVs were built with what was left of the Bad Boy Buggy chassis and running gear that had been taking up space at Textron. They are not wired like the E-Z-GO 72V ones, and use different version controllers as well. I like what I have seen of them so far.
