Yamaha Primary Clutch G16
The boys at our club replaced the primary clutch on a G16 6 seater with a brand new one. Old clutch had thrown a weight out causing a fair bit of damage. They test drove with the new clutch installed and under slight load going up hill - this clutch threw a weight out !!!. Under questioning, the clutch cover was not in place at the time. Could this have been the cause or something else ? Thank you all in advance.

Re: Yamaha Primary Clutch G16
Where did this "brand new" clutch come from? Yamaha, or China?

Re: Yamaha Primary Clutch G16
Probably should check belt width and if the secondary spring seat is up against the transaxle case.
