Smile Columbia ParCar Current Manuals

A while back I loaded all the 2000 and older manuals (parts, service and operator) for Columbia, ParCar and Harley Davidson on the BGW server for all to use free of charge, and they are still available at: www.buggiesgonewild.com/columbia-parcars

For those DIY guys looking for the current manuals (parts, service and operator) you can find links to those at: www.evtechnicalservices.com/manuals

They are direct links to download the manuals free of charge, and the most current revisions. No login required, no email tracking, just free for your use. (Please don't download then sell them or repost elsewhere as they are copyrighted, which is why links are posted rather than the actual manual)

And that's it! No sales pitch here, just letting you know they're out there for you.

Really appreciate the link to the current manuals. They were a great help to me as I am moving forward with the Alltrax installation.

One small (or not so small) is that my cart seems to have very different wiring than the P4 info. Particularity the controller pin out. Is it possible that with the upgrade to a 500 amp controller a different wiring harness was used??

Thanks for any guidance.

No, the wiring didnt change, just the program within the controller. At the end of the harness by controllr should be a tag with a part number on it.

Thank, I'll relay the info to the Columbia service guy that is doing the conversion. He is the one who told me there pins is very different from the drawings and is stuck waiting for Columbia to return with information.

What does the P/N identify? The harness or the connector. Would that help us get the right pin terminations.
