I was thinking LED maybe on top of the cart you know like they use on motorcycles,A flashing brake light or flashing headlights.Or just maybe something that blinks like on emergency vehicles.

Well why didnt you say so,You could also make it look like the car on animal house.The one that was built like a birthday cake and said eat me on the side.
